All artwork is required to be in VECTOR format that is converted to curves. We require the artwork to be in either of these formats: CorelDRAW version 13 or lower, EPS, Adobe Illustrator file (.ai), or PDF (vector). Photograph JPEGs, TIFFs, Photoshop (PSD), and Bitmaps cannot be used for printing purposes. We can redraw or convert from JPEGs, Bitmaps, and TIFF files (from high res files only) into vector art for our art approvals and color separation needs for a cost of $65.00(g) per hour. This is a cost to make the artwork usable and a vectored file will not be sent back for this fee.
Art approvals will be emailed to the corresponding individual and must be signed and approved before the schedule production date. Production timelines will commence ONCE we a signed approval is confirmed.
All orders must be placed in case lot quantities. Odd lot orders will be charged at an additional $20.00(g) to break a case.
ALL orders must be submitted with specified PMS (pantone) numbers. We have a wide selection of standard colours that meet all safety regulations. Exact colour matches [even on repeat orders] cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the inks and the firing process. We will do our best to match your colours as close as possible, however for PMS matching (aside from our standard selection are subject to additional charges) of $60.00(g). Please contact your sales rep for a list of the Standard Colour Palette.
SANDBLASTING is charged out at an additional $5.75(c) each per logo/location – plus a set up of $60.00(g) per logo per location above EQP on the item. [2 sides or wrap please ask for a quote!]

We are more than happy to provide any ceramics and glassware samples at no charge when available. All crystal, stainless steel, aluminum, and awards samples are billed at EQP.
We can produce any pre-production sample upon your request at a cost of $70.00(c) for a one colour imprint, plus each additional colours are $40.00(c) extra. Pre-pros that require a sample decal will be quoted separately. All charges do not include artwork if needed. Altering or changes to pre-pros are to subject to the same charges. Please be advised due to the variation in ceramic dye lots, we cannot guarantee an exact match in the mug colours from the pre-production sample you received.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PRODUCTS (CSP):
Although we have the ability to supply all products on this website [and more] printing on CSP products is an option. Upon seeing the product, a disclaimer form must be signed prior to production commencing for all customer supplied products. Depending on the products, quantities, and method of printing, pricing will vary and is charged at a higher application fee other than the standard catalogue pricing. PRECIOUS METAL IMPRINTS:
Precious metal gold and precious metal silver are a special order colour – please contact for a quote on these colours!
When printing double sides or more than one colour on any product, there can also be a small registration variance in any direction depending on the size, shape, and number colours used in the artwork. This is an industry standard and must be considered acceptable. Please note a decal process may be required in situations where registration is too tight or imprint areas are too flat to print. Decal prices are done by quote only and different than any price listed on the website or catalogue.
Due to manufacturing limitations in the production process, some minor imperfection and variation from piece to piece may be noticed in the ware, which may in turn affect the print or registration. Although this is beyond our control, we do our best to check units and put the best out the door! Size and colour variations may also occur from one order to the next, and dye lots may change between different shipments as well. Glassware may show small bumps in the base or around the rim These variables and conditions are all acceptable industry standards and none of these issues are defective for return.
Minimum quantity for each change is 50% of the catalogue minimum quantity. A $25.00(g) cost per changed will be charged for each copy or colour change. Must be one colour only.
Every item in the catalogue or website have a minimum quantity. Imprinted ware can be ran at 50% of the lowest current catalogue quantity per respective ware. One side only. A less than minimum charge of $60.00(g) will apply. There is no minimum on sand carving orders. PRODUCTION AND RUSHES:
Standard production time for all orders is approximately 15 business days starting the day the signed approval is received – for regular print jobs. Depending on stock issues, large quantities, many colour prints or peak times, the production time may vary. A rush service may be requested for a turnaround within 7 business days at a charge of 10%(a) of the total order, or if it is a greater value, $100.00(a). Please make sure a rush service is available before placing your order.
OVER AND UNDER SHIPMENTS | ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES:
Orders that specify “No Over Run” are subject to short shipment of up to 10%. Using our decoration process, a shipment of up to 10% over and under must be accepted as a complete shipment. Billing in all cases will be the exact quantities shipped.
XTRA SHIPPING INFO & COSTS:
[SHOCK BOXES] we STRONGLY suggest any order shipping out via Courier, or Freight service include shock boxes for master cartons to help prevent breakage. No guarantee is made when orders are shock boxed, but it provides extra protection. The cost for shock boxes is $5.50 (g) each. All orders shipped FOB factory in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

[DROP SHIPMENTS] fee per address change = $10.00(c) / address.
We will do all our best to maintain adequate inventories at all times. We cannot be held responsible when items are not available., however we will suggest a similar product as a substitution. Please note in stock inventory will only be guaranteed once an official purchase order is submitted.
In the event of a cancelled order, [including a Purchase Order cancelled at any time once the first approval is sent], cancellation will be accepted in writing only. All cost incurred up to the date of cancellation (labor, materials, and art charges) will be billed accordingly. All cancelled will be invoiced as follows set-up $50.00(c), Artwork $83.00(c), Fired Sample $75.00(c) or a minimum charge of $50.00(g) per item. Re stocking fees will also apply for POs placed and cancelled at any time after the first approval is sent.
